Viral Promotions (“Company,” “we,” “us”) offers social-media marketing services, including YouTube Marketing Services and Instagram Promotion Services (collectively, “Services”). All paid Services will commence within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

• Clients must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information during order placement. Clients warrant they will not run concurrent promotional campaigns on the same channel or platform, as simultaneous campaigns may lead to suspension of promotions.

Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds are issued only if an order has not yet started and receives explicit approval from our team. If we fail to deliver the agreed Services, we will refund the amount paid.

Service prices are fixed at the time of purchase and will not increase post-checkout. We accept UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, credit/debit cards, net banking, and QR-code payments. All payments must clear before Services commence.

Clients acknowledge that promotional campaigns may implicate third-party platform policies (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). Running multiple campaigns simultaneously or violating platform guidelines may result in suspension. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., or X Corp. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We respect client confidentiality and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, clients consent to our data collection and processing practices.

All content on this site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Clients retain ownership of their own channel content. Any materials we provide are licensed solely for use as part of the Services.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding permanent subscriber retention, engagement rates, or compliance with third-party policies. Subscriber counts may fluctuate due to algorithm changes or policy updates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral Promotions and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from client’s use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, algorithm changes, natural disasters, or internet disruptions.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via site notice or email.
